3. Length & Formatting

  • Word Count: Generally 750 to 1,800 words. Focus on delivering comprehensive value rather than meeting an arbitrary word limit.
  • Tone & Style: Professional, authoritative, yet conversational. Avoid overly academic language or heavy jargon. We follow Associated Press (AP) style.
  • Structure: Use clear subheadings (H2 / H3), bulleted lists, and concise paragraphs to make the content scannable for busy managers.

4. Sources & Hyperlinks

  • Attribution: Support claims, statistics, and regulatory references with clear attribution.
  • Link Policy: Include relevant context links embedded directly into the text (no full URLs written out). Links to pure promotional pages or spammy backlink networks will be removed.

  2. Author Bio: A short 2–3 sentence biography highlighting your professional background, current role, and area of operational expertise.
  3. Headshot: High-resolution headshot (at least 300×300 pixels, .png or .jpg).
  4. Visual Assets (Optional): High-resolution diagrams, flowcharts, site photos, or data graphics that support the article (minimum 1000×600 pixels). You must hold the rights or license to any images submitted.

Editorial Process & Review

  • Review Timeline: Our editorial team reviews unsolicited pitches and drafts within 10 to 14 business days. If selected for publication, an editor will contact you with planned run dates or suggested revisions.
